1. Do you have guarantee for the products from your store?

Yes, all our products with 12 months warranty.

2. Where is your store location?

We are in Shenzhen, China.

3. Does your Smart watch waterproof?

Yes, the most smartwatches with waterproof IP67 & IP68. Several smartwatches haven't waterproof function. please check the details on the product pages.

4. How long time do we need to get the package?
We use international express to deliver the package, normally it takes 7-10 days to the USA and Europe.

5. Do you accept the return?

Yes, we do accept the return, but you need to prove the items that you bought with the functional problem. Then we can check with you for a solution. A refund or exchange is possible.

6. Do you do wholesale business, or do you need a local distribution agent？
